Listed below are the actions you can perform in the “Red Book” in CCMS
- Reprint the customers first initial profile.
- Reprint the customers QCU’s (Make sure the QCU was delivered “offline”)
- Reprint of Authorization Kits
- Reprint of Renewal Letters
- Reprint of “No news is Good News” Letter
- Notify Express Alerts (Make sure the Notify Express was delivered “offline”)
- Reprint of Alternate Payment Letters
- Reprint of Authorization Hold Letters
- Reprint of Pending ADF/QC Letters
Please note that you “cannot” reprint an item to be mailed out if the item was not delivered
“offline” the first time it was sent out to the customer. Example:
If a customer was mailed out a QCU on 11/18/2005 and it shows in the “Red Book” that it was delivered “offline” then you can
proceed to reprint this QCU. Now if the “Red Book” indicates the QCU was delivered online and there is no print date or mail
date, then we cannot reprint this item to be delivered “offline”.
